His career at JH Kelly began as a field engineer in Klamath Falls, Oregon, where he worked on projects that included rebuilding a compressor station and constructing a sulfur recovery unit. In 1999, he briefly left JH Kelly to lead a service contractor team in San Diego, enhancing his expertise in managing large sales teams. After four years, he returned to JH Kelly, reinvigorated and ready to contribute to the company's growth as Vice President.
